Event Details

For students seeking to deepen their spiritual wisdom, this weekly class decodes the Bhagavad Gita ( or Song of the Soul) into wise applications for daily life.

Topics covered: reincarnation, immortality, karma and the true perception of soul consciousness.

Each class focuses on one verse from Chapter two, revealing the deeper meaning and how to apply this insight in daily life.

The class involves discussion, mantra, meditation and developing deeper intuition.

Jenny Light is an experienced teacher of yogic meditation. In her recent book, 'Divine Meditations: 26 Spiritual Qualities of the Bhagavad Gita' (Mantra books 2019), she highlights how to access and emulate the Soul Qualities mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita.

These classes are drop-in at £5 or you can book for all 12 classes for £50.

Please note each class starts promptly at 6.30pm so expect to be seated ready to start at 6.25pm with a meditation shawl/blanket, notebook and pen.
