Finding Inner Peace with Yoga Meditation Join author & yogi, Jenny Light, for this yoga meditation workshop to master the mind in single-pointed focus & establish inner peace. This workshop teaches how to change the brainwaves, establishing calm in 12 easy breaths in preparation for meditation. Jenny leads you in a guided meditation to channel your mental focus by using finger mudras (hand postures) to find an inner peace within.
Suitable for experienced meditators or interested beginners.
